After two and a half years of researching and tasting the plethora of gluten free foods out there I’ve compiled my favorites into six essential bundles which will be available to you very soon at www.benandmattsglutenfreegiftbundles.ca! Finally somewhere you can go to treat someone you know who has a gluten allergy, with giving them a bag full of tasty treats. I know when I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease I felt completely lost, I was angry because I could no longer enjoy all the foods that I loved and I had to learn to like the ‘substitutes’. I felt like if I didn’t have to eat I wouldn’t, it was too much of a pain to read all the ingredients, figure out if I could eat this or have that and none of the gluten free food I had tried at that point was anything worth talking about. It was grim… Once I sucked it up and accepted that this was my reality; I realized that it wasn’t that bad. Therefore, I set out on a mission to find tasty and delicious food to enjoy and I’m happy to say the journey has been successful.
